West Gate Bank, Beneficiary t7 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Bridget A Roy, a single person, to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee, for the benefit of Five Points Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 18, 2013 and recorded on December 26, 2013, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 201309969, and further assigned to West Gate Bank and recorded on December 26, 2013 as Instrument No. 201309970, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below: NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: Lot Twenty -Six (26), Grand West Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
