<br /> I, A.L.Campbell, assignee of the CENTRAL LOAN AND TRUST COLIPANY, a corporation
<br /> of Polk County, Iowa, duly appointed, qualified and acting under and by virtue of a deed of general
<br /> assignment for the benefit of creditors, dated February 26, A.D.1897, and by order of the
<br /> District Court of Iowa, in and for Polk County, duly entered on March 17, A.D.1897, in the cause
<br /> then and now pending in said Court, entitled" In Re-Assignment of Central Loan and Trust Co.apany
<br /> No . 8918 Law" shish order authorizes said assignee to release mortgages given to said Company,
<br /> in consideration of the payment of the debt secured thereby, do hereby release a certain mortgage
<br /> given to said company by John Smithwick & Bridget Smithwick dated Nov 11, 1889, and recorded in
<br /> Book 13 Page 419 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> and the South East quarter of the North West quarter of Section Twenty Seven, Township 'Twelve,
<br /> North of Range Twelve, West of the 6th P.M . which is recorded in Book 38 of real estate Mort-
<br /> gages, Page 519 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska.
