<br /> That the NEBRASKA STATE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, formerly the Nebraska State Guarantee Building
<br /> and Loan Association, which name was changed on the 29th day of June, 1599, at a special meeting
<br /> of the stockholders of said corporation, called in pursuance of and in strict conformity with
<br /> the Statutes of the State of Nebraska, at which meeting a majority of the stock was duly and
<br /> legally represented, a resolution was passed to change the name of said corporation to the
<br /> NEBRASKA STATE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, of Fremont , County of Dodge, and State of Nebraska.
<br /> For and in consideration of the payment of the notes secured thereby, do hereby acknowledge the full
<br /> and complete satisfaction of a certain mortgage deed given to the said NEBRASKA STATE BUILDING •
<br /> AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, Fremont, Neb. , by William Lincoln Troyer and Mary B.Troyer, Husband and
<br /> Wife, of Hall County, State of Nebraska. dated May 15th, 1911. and recorded in Book 40 of
<br /> Mortgages, at page 565 of the records of Hall County, State of Nebraska, and secured upon the
<br /> following described real estate, to-wit : Lot Two (2 ), Block Seventeen (17 ), College Addition
<br /> to West Lawn, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
