<br /> THE CLARKE-BUCHANAN COMPANY of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, in consideration of the payment
<br /> of the debt secured thereby does hereby release the mortgage for One Thousand Dollars bearing date
<br /> the first day of August 1909, executed by Bernhard F.Uden and wife, on the following described
<br /> property: The South West Quarter of Section Thirty-three (33 ) in Township Nine (9 ) North, of Range
<br /> Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. , said mortgage being recorded in Book 37 of Mortgages at Page 173
<br /> in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, in the State of Nebraska.

<br /> In Consideration of the payment of the debt named therein, the New Eland
<br /> Loan and Trust Company of Des Moines, Iowa, hereby releases the commission mortgage made by
<br /> Bridget Smithwick et al . to said New England Loan and Trust Company, recorded in Book 25 of Mort-
<br /> gages, Page 337 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> This release shall not affect the lien of the principal mortgage recorded in Book 13, Page 417
