<br /> Know all Men by These Presents: That the NEBRASKA STATE BUILDING AND
<br /> LOAN ASSOCIATION, formerly the Nebraska State Guarantee Building and Loan Association, which
<br /> name was changed on the 29th day of June, 1299, at a special meeting of the stockholders of said
<br /> corporation, called in pursrzance of and in strict conformity -with the Statutes of the State of
<br /> Nebraska, at which meeting a majority of thT stock was duly and legally represented, a resolution,
<br /> was passed to change the name of said corporation to the NEBRASKA STATE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCI-
<br /> ATION, of Fremont, County of Dodge, and State of Nebraska.
<br /> For and in consideration of the payment of the notes secured thereby, do hereby acknowledge
<br /> t _e full and complete satisfaction of a certain mortgage deed given to the said NEBRASKA STATE
<br /> BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, Fremont, Neb, by John C .Troyer and Selestene Troyer, Husband and
<br /> Wife of Hall County, State of Nebraska dated August 18th 1911, and recorded in Book 40 of Mort-
<br /> gages at nage 631 of the records of Hall County, State of Nebraska, and secured upon the follow-
<br /> ing described real estate, to-wit:- Lot Four (4), Block Five (5), Russel Wheeler ' s Addition
<br /> to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
