<br /> Know all Men by These Presents, That George B.Bell of Chicago the party
<br /> of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Six Thousand Dollars, lawful money of the
<br /> United States of America, to him in hand paid by G.M.Dodge the party of the second part, at or
<br /> before the en Baling and delivery of these presents, the receipt ehereof is hereby acknowledged
<br /> has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by these Presents, does
<br /> grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said ?party of the second part his
<br /> heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, a certain Indenture of Mortgage, bearing date the
<br /> 10" day of Nov in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred & Eleven made by N.P.Dodge Jr and Laura W .
<br /> Dodge his wife and all my right, title and interest to the premises therein described ,, as follows,

<br /> Range Nine. (9) West which said Mortgage is recorded in the Recorder 's Office of the County of
<br /> Hall in the State of Nebraska in Book 41 of Mortgages, at page 286.
<br /> Together with the notes therein described, and the money due or to grow due thereon with the
<br /> interest, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, his ` executors,

<br /> administrators, or assigns, forever: subject only to the proviso in the said Indenture of Mort-
<br /> gage contained: And I do, for myself heirs, executors, administrators, covenant with the said
<br /> party of the second part, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, that there is now
<br /> actually owing on said notes and Mortgage, in principal and interest Six Thousand One hundred thirty
<br /> five Dollars, and that I have good right to assign the same: And I do hereby make, constitute
<br /> and appoint the said party of the second part my true and lawful Attorney, irrevocably, in my
<br /> name, or otherwise, but at his own proper costs and charges, to have, use, and take all lawful
<br /> ways and means for the recovery of the said money and interest, and , in case of payment, to
<br /> discharge the same as fully as I might, or could do, if these Presents were not made .
