<br /> in hand paid by Richardson S.Morris, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto the said party

<br /> Charles H.Denman to Frank H.Myers, and conveying the following lands in Hall County, Nebraska,
