<br /> Yost Lumber Company, a corpoation , hereby releases the mechanic ' s lien filed and recorded by it
<br /> against Frank I .Clsen and C.C.Hansen on the following described real estate situated in the
<br /> said Hawthorne Place
<br /> County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:- Lots 9, 10, and 11, in Hawthorne Placl being a
<br /> subdivision of a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, in Township 11, North of Range
<br /> 9, West, and which said mechanic ' s lien is recorded in Book No . 6 of Mechanic ' s Liens, at Page
<br /> 54, of the mechanic ' s lien records of Hall County, Nebraska.
