<br /> Know all Men by These Presents . That the Nebraska State Building and
<br /> Loan Association, formerly the Nebraska State Guarantee Building and Loan Association) which name
<br /> was changed on the 29th day of June 1899, at a special meeting of the stockholders of said corp-
<br /> oration, called in pursuance of and in strict conformity with the Statutes of the State of Nebr-
<br /> aska, at which meeting a majority of the stock was duly and legally represented, a resolution
<br /> was passed to change the name of said corporation to the Nebraska State Building and Loan Assoc-
<br /> II
<br /> ation, of Fremont, County of Dodge, and State of Nebraska.
<br /> For and in consideration of the payment of the notes secured thereby, do hereby acknowledge
<br /> the full and complete satisfaction of a certain mortgage deed given to the said Nebraska State
<br /> Building and Loan Association, Fremont, Neb, by Spencer C .Osborn and Caddie Osborn, Husband and
<br /> Wife, of Hall County, State of Nebraska, dated January 23rd 1912 and recorded in Book 45 of Mort-
<br /> gages, at page 21 of the records of Hall County, State of Nebraska, and secured upon the follow-
<br /> ing described real estate, to-wit :- Lot Ten (10), Hawthorne Place, Grand Island, Hall County
<br /> Nebraska, Witness our hands this 17th day of June 1912.
