<br /> Know all Men by These Presents: That I, Anna T.Guendel, Guardian of
<br /> Florence Guendel, a minor, of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the
<br /> sum of Fourteen Hundred Sixty two & 30/100 Dollars, to me in hand paid, have sold, and by these
<br /> presents do sell, assign and transfer unto Charles '.Ryan of the County of Hall and State of
<br /> Nebraska a certain Mortgage bearing date the 10th day of January 1908 made by I .R.Alter & wife
<br /> in favor of Julius Guendel together with the notes and obligations secured thereby which said
<br /> mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, in Book 38

<br /> of Mortgages, at page 52, and conveys the following described premises, situated in theAnty
<br /> of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:- Westerly 33 feet of fractional Block 6- of
<br /> Arnold Place in Grand Island, with other lands,
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Charles ' .Ryan his executors, administrators, or
<br /> assigns, subject only to the provisos in said. Mortgage contained.
