<br /> In Consideration of the payment of the debt named therein, I release the
<br /> Mortgage made by Theo P.and Evalyn Boehm to Henry Mehiert on the following described property:
<br /> The Southerly one-third of Lot Eight (8) in Block Eighty (80) in the Original Town, now City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebr, being a rectangular piece of ground having an Easterly frontage of 44 ft,
<br /> on Locust St and a Southerly frontage of 66 ft on First Street . which is recorded in Book 44
<br /> of Real Estate Mortgages, Page 4 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> Know all Men by These Presents: That we, Richard Guendel and Charles
<br /> He;usinger, executors of the estate of Julius Guendel, deceased, of the first part, in consider-
<br /> ation of the sum of Fourteen Hundred Dollars, to us in hand paid by Anna T.Guendel, gu rdian of
<br /> Florence Guendel, a minor, of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
<br /> sold, and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second part
<br /> a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 10th day of January in the year One Thousand
<br /> Nine Hundred and eight made by I .R.Alter and wife, in favor of Julius Guendel and conveying the
<br /> Westerly 33 feet of Fractional Block 6 of Arnold Place in Grand Island, with other lands in Hall
<br /> County, in the State of Nebraska and which said Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
<br /> Clerk in the said County of Hall on the 13th day of January in the year 1909 in Book 38 of Mort-
<br /> gages at page 52 together with the notes or obligations therein described, without recourse on me
<br /> in anyevent or for anycause; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
<br /> part, her successors or assigns, subject only to the provisos in the said Indenture of Mortgage
<br /> contained.
<br /> In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seal this 16th day of December
<br /> in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine.
