<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I , Ephraim Jones of the first part, in consideration of the
<br /> sum of Twenty Three Hundred DOLLARS to me in hand paid by J.F.Wildman of the second part, the receipt
<br /> whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto
<br /> the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 30th day of
<br /> January in the year 1912 , made by Charles E.C6le and Edith M.Cole in favor of Ephraim Jones and
<br /> conveying Frac. Lot five (5) in Block One hundred eleven (111 ) , Railroad Addition to Grand Island
<br /> and its complement fractional Lot five (5) Block seventeen (17 ) Rollins Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska and which said mortgage was recorded in the
<br /> records of said County, on the 30th day of January, in the year 1912 , in book 41 of mortgages on
<br /> page 341 together with the notes or obligations therein described, without recourse or in any event
<br /> or for any cause.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, his executors, administrators
<br /> or assigns, subject only to the provisions in the said indenture of mortgage contained.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of June, in the year One
