Eddingfield together with the notes and obligations secured thereby,, which said mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, in Book 41, of Mortgages at Page 417 and coveys the following described premises, situated in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit :- Lot Number Four (4) in Block Number One Hundred Thirty four (134) of Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
