<br /> In Consideration of the payment of the debt named therein, the Wood River
<br /> Building & Loan Assn, Wood River, Neb. hereby releases the mortgage made to Wood River Building
<br /> & Loan Assn, by Alice E.Hoppel and J.W.A.Hoppel on the following described real estate situated
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit:- Lot Fifteen (15) in Brett's Addition to Wood River Nebr.
<br /> of Section , in Township North, Range of the 6th P.M. which is recorded in
<br /> Book 40 of Real Estate Mortgages, page 667 , of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
