<br /> and Loan Association, formerly the Nebraska State Guarantee Building and Loan Association, which
<br /> name was changed on the 29th day of June, 1899, at a special meeting of the stockholders of said
<br /> corporation, called in pursuance of and in strict conformity with the Statutes of the State of
<br /> Nebraska) at which meeting a majority of the stock was duly and legally represented, a resolution
<br /> was passed to ':hinge the name of said corporation to the Nebraska State Building and Loan Associ-
<br /> ation, of Fremont, County of Dodge, and State of Nebraska.
