<br /> This Indenture Witnesseth, That the Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company
<br /> of Hartford, Connecticut, has sold and assigned, and does hereby sell and assign, to Robert E.
<br /> Moore without any recourse whatever on said Company, a certain mortgage bearing date the 27th
<br /> day of February A.r.1912, together with the note and unpaid coupons secured thereby, executed
<br /> .. by Robert H.Morris and Minnie B.Morris, husband and wife, of Dawson County, and State of Nebraska
<br /> to said Company, to secure the payment of 2000. which said mortgage in recorded in the mortgage
<br /> Record 37 on page 501, in the Recorder' s office of Hall County, State of Nebraska.
<br /> The Recorder of said County is hereby authorized to enter this assignment upon the margin of

<br /> the record wherein said mortgage is recorded.
