<br /> Heusinger, executors of the estate of Julius Guendel, deceased, of the first part, in consider-
<br /> ation of the sum of Five Thousand and Sixty-eight Dollars, to us in hand paid by Richard Guendel,
<br /> Guardian of Arthur Guendel and Emil Guendel, minors, of the second part, the receipt whereof is
<br /> hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said
<br /> party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 18th day of February
<br /> in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine made by George A.Tilley and wife, in favor of
<br /> George B.Bell and conveying the South half of the Southeast Quarter, Section No 26, in Township
<br /> No.12 in Range No. 9 of the 6th P.M. with other lands in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska,
<br /> and ihich said Mortgage was recorded in the office of. the County Clerk in the said County of
<br /> Hall on the 23rd day of February in the year 1909, in Book 37 of Mortgages, at Page 95, together
<br /> with the notes or obligations therein described, withoutrecourse on me in any event or for any
<br /> cause: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, his successors or
<br />! assigns, subject only to the provisos in the said Indenture of Mortgage contained.
