<br /> with the notes and obligations secured thereby which said mortgage was recorded in the
<br /> records of the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, in Book 35 of Mortgages, at Page
<br /> 247, and conveys the following described premises, situated in the said County of Hall J
<br /> }and State of Nebraska, to-wit : The North East Quarter (NE+) of Section Thirty-three (33 )
<br /> III in Township Twelve (12 ) North, Range Twelve (12 ) West of the 6th P.M.
<br /> "TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Elmer E.Veeder, his executors, administrators,
