<br /> situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.to-wit : -
<br /> South Hest Quarter of Section Twenty Two (22) Township Twelve (12) Range Ten (10)
<br /> West and containing One Hundred Sixty (160) acres , more or less, and further certifies
<br /> that said mortgage together with the debt thereby secured, is fully paid, satisfied and
<br /> discharged. This release is given to take the place of a previous one which is alleged
<br /> to be defective,
