<br /> existing under the Laws of the State of Nebraska, of the first part, in consideration of the
<br /> sum of Fifteen-hundred ($1500 ) DOLLARS to us in hand paid by Robert D.Mann of the second
<br /> part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these presents does sell,
<br /> assign, and transfer unto the said part of the. second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage
<br /> bearing date the eighth day of April in the year of our Lord 1907, made and executed by
<br /> Peter H.Brown and Mary R.Brown, husband and wife, in favor of L.V.Graves, by him assigned.

<br /> county in the state of Nebraska and which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall
<br /> county, on the seventeenth day of October in the year 1907 in Book 35 of Mortgages, at page 606
<br /> together with the notes or obligations therein described, without recourse on us in any event
<br /> or for any cause.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said part _ of second part, heirs, executors
<br /> administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisions in the said Indenture of Mortgage
