<br /> George F.Rollins, Charles A.Rollins and Seth C.Rhodes, as executors of the last will
<br /> and testament of Leavitt N .Rollins, deceased, for a valuable consideration to us in hand
<br /> paid, have sold and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer , to Frances H.Rollins
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, a certain mortgage bearing date the 27" day of July 1908, made
<br /> by Ernest Erikson and wife, in favor of L.W.Rollins together with the notes and obligations
<br /> secured thereby, which said mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall County, in the
<br /> State of Nebraska, in Book 40, of Mortgages, at Page 42.

<br /> executors of the last will and testament of Leavitt W .Rollins, deceased. and they severally
<br /> acknowledged the execution of said instrument to be their voluntary act and deed.

<br /> 6th P.M. containing 6.98 acres according to the Government survey thereof: Also a strip

<br /> 9 West of the 6th P.M. containing 3 acres , also Frac Block 24 of Schimmer' s Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. which is recorded in Book 38 of Mortgages, Page 286
