<br /> have sold and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer to Frances H.Rollins, of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, a certain mortgage bearing date the 24" day of April 1911, made by
<br /> Julia K.Trefren and husband, in favor of J.E.Dill & S.C.Huston together with the notes
<br /> and obligations secured thereby, which said mortgage was recorded in the records on Hall
<br /> County, in the State of Necraska, in Book 41, of Mortgages at Page 196.
<br /> In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands this 19th day of February 1912.
