<br /> testament of Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased, for a valuable consideration to us in hand paid
<br /> have sold and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer to Frances H.Rollins, of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, a certain mortgage bearing^the 29" day of January, 1909. made by Nellie
<br /> H.Applin and husband, in favor of L.W.Rollins, together with the notes and obligations
<br /> secured thereby, which,,mortgage was reconled in the records of Hall County, in the State
<br /> of Nebraska, in Book 38 of Mortgages, at Page 263.
<br /> In Witness Whereof, we have hereunto set our hands this 19th day of February 1912.
