<br /> George F.Rollins, Charles A.Rollins and Seth C.Rhodes, as executors of the last will and
<br /> testament of Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased, for a valuable consideration, to us in hand paid
<br /> have sold and by these nresents do sell, assign and transfer to Frances H.Rollins, of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, a certain mortgage bearing date the 26" day of November, 1909, made by
<br /> William W.Purvis and wife in favor of S.C.Huston together with the notes and obligations
<br /> secured thereby, which said mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall County, in the
<br /> State of Nebraska, in Book 38, of Mortgages, at Page 482 .
<br /> In Witness Whereof, we have hereunto set our hands this 19th day of February, 1912.
