<br /> George F.Roliins , Charles A.Rollins and Seth C.Rhodes, as executors of the last will and
<br /> testament of Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased, for a valuable consideration to us in hand paid
<br /> have sold and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer to Frances H.Rollins,
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, a certain mortgage bearing date the 8" day of March, 1910 made
<br /> by Sadie Davis, a widow, in favor of S.C.Huston, together with the notes and obligations
<br /> secured thereby, which said mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall County, in the
<br /> State of Nebraska, in Book 40, of Mortgages, at Page 251,
<br /> In Witness Whereof, we have hereunto set our hands this 19th day of February 1912.
