<br /> George F.Rollins, Charles A.Rollins and Seth C.Rhodes, as executors of the last will and
<br /> testament of Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased, for a valuable consideration, to us in hand paid
<br /> have sold and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer to Frances F.Rollins, of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska , a certain mortgage bearing date the 10" day of March, 1911, made by
<br /> William_ W.Purvis and wife, in favor of L.N .Rollins together with the notes and obligations
<br /> secured thereby, which said mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall County in the
<br /> State of Nerraska, in Rook 40, of Mortgages, at Page 509.
