<br /> made and executed by Lucina lily and Charles E.Bly, wife and husband, of Hall County, Neb-
<br /> raska, for and in consideration of Nine Hundred ( 90Q) dollars, and entered on numerical
<br /> index and received for record the 24th day of February, 1902, recorded in Book 28 of
<br /> Mortgages, page 496, IS PAID, and do hereby consent that the same be discharged of Record.

<br /> Know all Men by These Presents: that Gustav Rutenbeck, Henry H.Balster and Louis C.Roden
<br /> administrators of the estate of Gustav Rutenbeck, deceased, by order of the County Court
<br /> and for value received, do hereby sell and assign to Gustav Rutenbeck the mortgage made
<br /> by Lucian M.Hodges and Carrie E.Hodges, husband and wife, to Gustav Rutenbeck on the foll-
<br /> owing described property:-
<br /> The Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Section Thirty-five (35) in Township Ten (10) North
<br /> Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth (6th) P.M. which is recorded in Book 40, page 14 of
<br /> Mortgages of the records of Hall County, Nebraska, together with the note or obligations
<br /> therein described, without recourse on us in any event or for any cause .
