Know all Men by These Presents, That Blanche Dunlapof the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of One Thousand Dollars and other valuable considerations to me in hand paid, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto L.W.Goss of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, a certain Mortgage, bearing date the 13th day of August 1910, made by Frank D.Paul in favor of Blanche Dunlap together with the notes and obligations secured thereby which said Mort- gage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall, August 23rd 1910, in the State of Nebraska, in Book 40 of Mortgages, at Page 400, and conveys the following described premises, situated in the said County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, to-wit:- The West . of the N.J.1 and the North of the S.W.*of Sec 29, T.P. (12) North Range i . (12) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall Co. To Have and to Hold the same unto the said L.W.Gosses executors, administrators, or assig ns subject only to the provisions in said Mortgage contained. Dated this Sixteenth day of Dec A.D.1911.
