<br /> In Consideration of the payment of the debt named therein, I hereby
<br /> release the Mortgage made by J .Nelson Jones and wife, Hattie A., to Bank of Commerce of
<br /> Grand Island, Neb . for 01000.00 recorded in Book 14, page 313 of Mortgages in the office
<br /> of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska om the following described property, situ-
<br /> ate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit : Lot 5, Block 35 Charles
<br /> ill Wasmer' s Addition to the City of Grand Island, also that part of lot 5, Block 35 Charles
<br /> Wasmer ' s 2nd Addition to the City of Grand Island and recorded October 17, 1889.
<br /> Also in consideration of the payment of the debt named therein I hereby release the
<br /> Mortgage made by J .Nelson Jones and wife Hattie A., to Bank of Commerce, recorded October
<br /> III 17, 1889 in Book 14 page 315 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, covering
<br /> the last above described property.
<br /> Also in consideration of the payment of the debt named therein I hereby release the
<br /> mortgage made by J.Nelson Jones and wife, Hattie A. ., to Bank of Commerce recorded October
<br /> 17, 1889 in .Book 14 page 316 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, covering
<br /> the last above described property.

<br /> part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by these presents do

<br /> r of Mortgage bearing date the 23rd day of July in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and
