<br /> In Consideration of the payment of the debt named therein, we release the
<br /> Trust Deed and Mortgage made by Zenas H.Denman and wife to W..H.Lanning, trustee for
<br /> Thomas Frahm, on the following described property:-
<br /> The South half of the North East Quarter of Section Thirteen Township Ten, North
<br /> Range Ten (10) West, which is recorded in Book Ten of Mortgages , page 480, of the records'
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, and also a mortgage of even date to W.H.Lanning, recorded in
<br /> Book Ten of Mortgages page 482, of records of said County, and State .
<br /> This instrument is given in lieu of a former release which has been lost .
<br /> Witness our hands this 12th day of December 1911.

<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : That in consideration of the payment of
<br /> the debt therein named, I, J.H.Bennett, as chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Grand
<br /> Lodge of the Ancient Order of United Workmen of the State of Nebraska, and the Grand Lodge
<br /> of the Andieht Order of United Workmen of the State of Nebraska, hereby releases the mort-
<br /> gage made to J.H.Bennett, as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Grand Lodge of the
<br /> Ancient Order of United Workmen of the State of Nebraska, by Robert Taylor on .the follow-
<br /> ing described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:-
<br /> The North half and the Southwest quarter of Section 4, all of Section 5, all of Section
<br /> 6, all of Section 7, all of Section 8, all of Section 9, all of Section 17, all of Section
<br /> 18, the Southwest quarter of Section 20, the North half of the Southwest quarter of 'Section
<br /> 21, all of Section 29, The North half and the Southeast quarter of Section 20, the North-
<br /> east quarter of Section 30, the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 31, the
<br /> Northeast quarter, the North half of the Northwest quarter, the Southwest quarter and the
<br /> West half of the Southeast quarter of Section 32, and the North half, the Southwest quarter It 1
<br /> and the North half of the Southeast quarter of Section 33, all of the above being in

<br /> Which said mortgage is recorded in Book 35 of Mortgages at Page 270 of the Mortgage
<br /> Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said J .H.Bennett, as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of
<br /> the Grand Lodge of the Ancient Order of United Workmen of the State of Nebraska, has
<br /> hereunto set his hand and the said Grand Lodge of the Ancient Order of United Workmen of
<br /> the State of Nebraska has caused these presents to be executed by its president and
<br /> secretary and its corporate seal to beaffixed, all this 24th day of November, A.D.1911.
