<br /> ASSIGNMENT' Know all Men by These Presents, That The Nebraska Investment Company
<br /> of Milford, Nebraska, party of the first part, in consideration of Four Thousand One Hun-
<br /> dred Fifty and no/100 Dollars, to it paid by Maude E.C.Aosworth party of the second part
<br /> does hereby assign , transfer, and set over unto the said party of the second part, her
<br /> heirs, administrators, and assigns, a certain mortgage dated the 23rd day of February
<br /> A.D.1910, Made by Aaron -tutzman and Mattie Stutzman, husband and wife, on the following
<br /> described premises, in the County of Seward and State of Nebraska) to-wit:-
<br /> The Southwest Quarter, Section 35, Town 11, Range 12 West, and recorded in Book 37
<br /> _ of Mortgages, at page 257 of the records of said County and State, together with the
<br /> several promissory notes or obligations therein described and the money due and to grow
<br /> due thereon, with the interest .
<br /> To Have and to Hold the same unto the said party of the second part, her heirs,
<br /> administrators, and assigns forever, subject only to the proviso in said mortgage mentioned
<br /> and said party of the first part does hereby authorize said party of the second part
<br /> to collect all moneys due on said mortgage and cancel same, and does hereby covenant and
<br /> agree to and with the said party of second part, that there\is now due and owing upon
<br /> said mortgage the sum of L1000.00 of principal money.
<br /> In Witness Whereof, said party of the first part has hereunto set its common seal
