<br /> Arthur C Wells to Seth W.Wilson and assigned to the Grand Lodge of the Ancient Order of
<br /> United Workmen of the State of Nebraska, on the following described property situated in the
<br /> County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, to-wit: Lots Number One (1) and Two (2 ) on Island ,
<br /> and the North half of the North-east Quarter of Section Number Twenty Six (26) Also lots '
<br /> Number Five (5) and Six (6) in Section Number Twenty three (23 ) all in Township Number Nine
