<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGES Know all Men by These Presents, That I Jessie Sutherland,
<br /> of the County of Multnomah, and State of Oregon, in consideration of the sum of Two
<br /> thousand 00/100 Dollars, to me in hand paid, have sold and by these presents do sell, assign
<br /> and transfer unto Sarah E.Sutherland of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, a certain
<br /> M ortgage bearing date the 15th day of July, A.D.1911, made William Ross in favor of me,
<br /> Jessie Sutherland, together with the note and obligation secured thereby which .. said
