<br /> In Consideration Of payment of the debt therein named, the Cairo
<br /> State Bank a corporation , hereby releases the mortgage made by G.C .Rhine, widower, to The
<br /> Cairo State Bank, on the following described property: Lots five (5) and Six (6) Block
<br /> Four (4) in the Third Addition to the town of Cairo, Nebraska, according to the recorded
<br /> plat thereof. which is recorded in Book 40 of Mortgages page 288 of the records of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska.
<br /> In Witness ;?hereof, the said The Cairo State Bank has caused its corporate seal to
<br /> be affixed hereto and these presents to be signed, acknowledged, and delivered by S.N.
<br /> Wolbach, its President this 15th day of November 1911.

<br /> Whereas, the undersigned Giles H.Peck, entered into a written agreement
<br /> with E.L.Gilbert and L.C.Gilbert her husband, on June 14th, 1910, for the purchase of Lot
<br /> Two (2), in Fractional Block Forty nine (49) , of Russel Wheeler' s Addition to Grand Island
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, and which agreement was executed in duplicate and recorded in
<br /> Book "M" at page 339, of the records of Hall County, Nebraska; now therefore, we, the said
<br /> Giles H.Peck and Corah E.Peck, his wife, in consideration of One Dollar to us in hand paid
<br /> the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby assign and transfer all our right,
<br /> title and interest in and to said contract to the Realty Investment Co. Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska. Dated this 10th day of August 1911.
