<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE.'
<br /> Know all Men by These Presents, That The Koehler Hotel Company, a
<br /> corporation of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of
<br /> Six Thousand ($6, 000) Dollars, to it in hand paid, ha_ sold , and by these presents does
<br /> sell, assign and transfer unto George B.Bell of the County of Cook and State of Illinois
<br /> a certain Mortgage bearing date the 15th day of November 1911 made by Callie E.Farnsworth
<br /> and husband in favor of The Koehler Hotel Company together with the notes and obligations
<br /> secured thereby which said mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall in
<br /> the State of Nebraska, in Book 41 of Mortgages, at Page 289, and conveys the following
<br /> described premises, situated in the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:-
<br /> The North 22 feet of the South 64 feet of Lot 1, in Block 56, in the original town, now
<br /> 111 city, of Grand Island , Nebraska, and Lot 4, in Block 6,""/Spaulding & Gregg's Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> To Have and to Hold the same unto the said George B.Bell, his executors, administrators
<br /> or assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.
<br /> Dated this 15th day of November A.P.1911.

<br /> SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE:.i Know all Men by These Presents:
<br /> That the NEBRASKA STATE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, formerly the Nebraska State
<br /> Guarantee Building and Loan Association, which name was changed on the 29th day of June,
<br /> 1899, at a special meeting of the stockholders of said corporation, called in pursuance
<br /> of and in strict conformity with the Statutes of the State of Nebraska, at which meeting
<br /> 111 a majority of the stock was duly and legally represented, a resolution was passed to
<br /> change the name of said corporation to the NEBRASKA STATE BUILDI'-G AND LOAN ASSOCIATION,
<br /> of Fremont, County of Dodge and State of Nebraska.
<br /> For and in consideration of the payment of the notes secured thereby, do hereby ack-
<br /> nowledge the full and complete satisfaction of a certain mortgage deed given to the said
<br /> NEBRASKA STATE i-UILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, Fremont Neb by George P.White and Nellie B.
<br /> White of Hall County, State of Nebraska dated June 14th, 1911 and recorded in Book 40, of
<br /> Mortgages at Page 591 of the records of Hall County State of Nebraska, and secured upon
<br /> the following described real estate, to-wit :-
<br /> Fractional Lot Seven (7) and the Westerly Six (6) feet of Fractional Lot Eight
<br /> (8), Fractional Block Eight (8) H.G.Clark' s Addition to Grand Island, and Fractional Lot
<br /> Seven (7) and the Westerly Six (6) feet of Fractional Lot Eight (8), Block One Hundred
<br /> Thirty Nine (139) , Union Pacific Railroad Company's Second Addition to Grand Island,4za �
