<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE.1' Know all Men by These Presents, That Sarah M.Peterson,
<br /> Executrix of the estate of Samuel A.Peterson, deceased, of the County of Rennsalear, and
<br /> State of New York, in consideration of the sum of Ten Thousand (010, 000) Dollars, to her
<br /> in hand paid, has sold and by these presents doessell assign and transfer unto George B.
<br /> Bell of the County of Cook and State of Illinois a certain Mortgage bearing date the 1st
<br /> day of November 1906, made by The Koehler Hotel Company in favor of Samuel A.Peterson,
<br /> together with the notes and obligations secured thereby which said mortgage was recorded
<br /> in the records of the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, in Book 33 of Mortgages,
<br /> at Page 499, and conveys the following described premises, situated in the said County of
<br /> Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit :-The North forty six (46) feet of the South eighty
<br /> eight (88) feet of lots One (1) and Two (2) and the South forty two (42) feet of Lot Two
<br /> (2) all in Block Fifty Six (56) , of the original town , now city , of Grand Island, Nebraska;;
<br /> To Have and to Hold the same unto the said George B.Bell, his executors, administrators
<br /> or assigns subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.
<br /> Dated this 7th day of October A.D.1911.

<br /> Rundlett. of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold and by
<br /> these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain
<br /> Indenture of mortgage bearing date the Sixth day of October, in the year 1911, made by Cairo
<br /> Lodge of Western Bees, Number Twelve. in favor of George Flebbe. and conveying Lots Sixteen
<br /> (16) and Seventeen (17) in Block Sixteen (16) of the original town of Cairo, Nebraska as
<br /> shown by the recorded plat thereof. in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said mortgage
<br /> was recorded in the records of said County on the 28 day of October, in the year 1911, in
<br /> book 4O of mortgages on page 682, together with the notes or obligations therein described,
<br /> without recourse or in any event or for any cause.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, his executors, adminis-
<br /> trators or assigns, subject only to the provisions in the said indenture of mortgage contained.
