<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAG -- Know all Men by These Presents, That I, William J.Ricker
<br /> of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Thirty Six Hundred and Ninety five
<br /> Dollars to me in hand paid, by W.A.Pr ince of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, have sold and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said
<br /> party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 23" day of
<br /> January in the year 109 made by Alonzo Heath and Anna Heath in favor of William J.Ricker
<br /> and conveying The Easterly Two Thirds (E.273) of Lot One (1) Block Fifty four (54) Orig-
<br /> inal Town now City of Grand Island, Nebraska. in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska
<br /> and which Said mortgage was recorded in the records of said County, on the 25" day of
<br /> January in the year 1909, in Book 38 of Mortgages on Page 256 together with the notes or
<br /> obligations therein described, payment guaranteed.
<br /> To Have and to Hold the same unto the said party of the second part, his executors,
<br /> administrators or assigns, subject^to the provisions in the said Indenture of Mortgage
<br /> contained. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16" .
<br /> day of March in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ten.

<br /> of Real Estate Mortgages , Page 345, 408 and 9 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
