<br /> Know all Men by These Presents, That Martha J.Harrell, of the first
<br /> part in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid, by W.J.Burger
<br /> of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold and by these
<br /> presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain
<br /> Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 29th day of June in the year 1909, made by Ira
<br /> Griffin and Sarah Griffin, in favor of Martha J.Harrell, and conveying,
<br /> Fractional Lot (5) five in Block (6) six in Spaulding & Gregg's Addition to the City
<br /> of Grand Island, and so much of lot (8) eight of County Sub-division of the South East
<br /> quarter of the South West quarter of Section (16) Sixteen in Township (11) Eleven North off'
<br /> Ran (9) Nine West off the sixth Principal Meridian, which together with said fractional lot
<br /> five make one full lot 66 feet wide frontage on First Street in said City and 132 feet deep
<br /> facing along the EaerlX side of Jefferson Street in said City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County Nebraska, in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said mortgage was rec-
<br /> orded in the records of said County, on the 29th day of June , in the year 1909, in Book 3$
<br /> of mortgages on page 377 together with the notes or obligations therein described, without
