<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, Richard Guendel and
<br /> Charles Heusinger, executors of the estate of Julius Guendel, deceased, of the first
<br /> part, in consideration of the sum of Four Thousand Six Hundred and twenty three Dollars
<br /> to us in hand paid by Richard Guendel, Guardian of Arthur Guendel and Emil Guendel,
<br /> minors , of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold and
<br /> by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto the said party of the second part
<br /> a certain Indenture of Mortgage, bearing date the let day of March 1909, made by Nis
<br /> Christian Nissan and wife in favor of George D.Hetzel and conveying the Southwest guar-
<br /> ter of Section 15 in Township 11, North of Range 11, west, in Hall County, in the State
<br /> of Nebraska, and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of said County, on the
<br /> let day of March, 1909, in Book 31, of Mortgages, at Page630, together with the note
<br /> therein described , without recourse on us in any event or for any cause.
<br /> To Have and to Hold the same unto the said party of the second part, his successors
<br /> and assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Indenture of Mortgage contained.

<br /> Grand Island Nebraska, a certain mortgage bearing date the 1st day of March 1909, made by
<br /> Nis Christian Nissen and wife in favor of George D.Hetzel, and conveying the Southwest
