<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE1, Know all Men by These Presents, That William H.Thompson
<br /> of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Two Thou-
<br /> sand and Eighty ( 2080) Dollars, to him in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents
<br /> does sell, assign and transfer unto Bertha Meyer of the County of Canyon and State of
<br /> Idaho, a certain Mortgage bearing date the 29th day of December A.D. 1908, made by
<br /> Christian Meyer and Bertha Meyer, in favor of William H.Thompson together with the notes
<br /> said
<br /> and obligations secured thereby, whichAmortgage was recorded in the records of the County
<br /> of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, in Book 38 of Mortgages, at Page 243, and conveys the
<br /> following described premises, situated in said County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
<br /> to-wit :- North West Quarter (.) of North West Quarter (4) of Section Twenty One in
<br /> Township Ten, North of Range Eleven.
<br /> To Have and to Hold the same unto the said Bertha Meyer, executors, administrators,
<br /> or assigns subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.
<br /> Dated this 24th day of August A.D. 1911.
