<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Rosina Bernhard, Executrix of the estate of Jacob
<br /> Bernhard, Deceased of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One DOLLARS to her in
<br /> hand paid by H.C.Hansen of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br /> have sold and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto the said party of the
<br /> second part a certain Indenture of mortgage bearing date the 2nd day of September, in the
<br /> year 1905, made by Lewis C. Batterson & wife in favor of Jacob Bernhard and conveying
<br /> NI of the N W * of Sec. 19, twp 9, range 12 , west of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, in the
<br /> State of Nebraska, and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of said County on
<br /> the 4th day of September, in the year 1905, in book 35 of mortgages on page 153, together
<br /> with. the notes or obligations therein described, without recourse or in any event or for
<br /> any cause.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, his executors, adminis-
<br /> trators or assigns, subject only to the provisions in the said indenture of mortgage
<br /> contained.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day of February in the
<br /> year One Thousand Nine Hundred and ten.
