<br /> of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of three thousand DOLLARS, to me in hand paid, ha
<br /> sold, and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto Henry Luebs of the County of
<br /> Hall and State of Nebraska a certain Mortgage bearing date the 6* day of April A.D.1911,
<br /> made by Herman Schumann in favor of Arthur C. Mayer together with the notes and obligations
<br /> IIsecured thereby which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in
<br /> the State of Nebraska, in Book 41 of Mortgages, at Page 176, and conveys the following
<br /> described premises, situated in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> East half of North East quarter of Section 35 township 12 Range 11
<br /> II TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Henry Luebs, his executors, administrators, or
<br /> assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.
