PiTV 539 ASSIGNMENT:- KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; That Fred L. Riot of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and no/----- DOLLARS, to me in hand paid, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto Kate Rathmann of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska a certain Mortgage bearing date the 10th day of April 1911 made by Hans J Rathman & wife in favor of Fred L. Rief together with the notes and obligations secured thereby on Lot 4 Block 4 of South Grand Island situated in the City of Grand Island Nebr which said mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, in Book 41 of Mortgages, at Page 178, and conveys the following described premises, situated in the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: Lot '4 Block 4 of South Grand Island situated ix the City of Grand Island Nebraska TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Kate Rathmann her executors, administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisos, in said Mortgage contained.
