<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE .
<br /> For $1.00and other good and valuable considerations Bayard H.Paine does hereby sell
<br /> assign, transfer and set over unto Grand Island Land Company all his right title and inter-
<br /> est in and to a certain mortgage executed by Cora J.Evans and Fred T.Evans Jr., to the
<br /> Iowa Life Insurance Company on the first (1st) day of May, 1895, on certain lots in Evans
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which lots are more particu-
<br /> larly described in said mortgage and which mortgage was recorded on the sixth (6) day of
<br /> May, 1895, at 9 o' clock, A.M. in Book 23, Page 291 of the Records of said County, and
<br /> which mortgage was thereafter to-wit : on the fourth (4) day of May, 1900, assigned by
<br /> said Iowa Life Insurance Company to the National Life Insurance Company of the United
<br /> States of America of Washington, District of Columbia by an assignment duly recorded on
<br /> the twentieth (20th) day of November, 1900, at 4.30 o' clock P.M. in Book 14 of Mortgages
<br /> page 176 of the Records of said County; and thereafterhe said National Life Insurance
<br /> Company of the United States of America of Washington, District of Columbia, did on the
<br /> 9th day of May, 1910, assign said mortgage and debt to the undersigned Bayard H.Paine by
<br /> an assignment duly recorded on the 21st day of May, 1910 at 2 o' clock P.M. and recorded
<br /> in Book No.19 of releases at page 344 of said County.
<br /> The undersigned does hereby also sell, assign, transfer, and set over to the said
<br /> Grand Island Land Company all his right, title and interest in and to a certain principal
<br /> promissory note of the said Cora J.Evans and Fred T.Evans, Jr., bearing date May, 1st 1895,
<br /> for the sum of Two Thousand dollars, ($2, 000.00) to secure the payment of which, said
<br /> mortgage was given
<br /> In Testimony Whereof the said Bayard H.Paine has hereunto set his hand this 12th
<br /> day of June 1911.

<br /> situated in Hall County , Nebraska, to-wit :- The South Nine acres of the East half of to
<br /> South East Quarter of of Section 4, in Township 11, North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M.
<br /> which is recorded in Book 38, of real estate mortgages, page 344, of the Records of Hall
<br /> County Nebraska, •
