<br /> KNE ALL MEN BY THESE PRESNTS:
<br /> That the Nebraska State Building and Loan Association, formerly the Nebraska State
<br /> Guarantee Building and Loan Association, which name was changed on the 29th day of June,
<br /> 1899, at a special meeting of the stockholders of said corporation, called in pursuance of
<br /> and in strict conformity with the Statutes of the State of Nebraska, at which meeting a
<br /> majority of the stock was duly and legally represented, a resolution was passed to change
<br /> the name of said corporation to the NEBRASKA STATE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, of
<br /> Fremont, County of Dodge, and State of Nebraska.
<br /> For and in consideration of the payment of the notes secured thereby, do hereby acknowled
<br /> ge the full and complete satisfaction of a certain mortgage deed given to the said
<br /> NEBRASKA STATE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, Fremont Neb. , by Leslie C. Poore and Ida
<br /> Poore, Husband and Wife, of Hall County, State of Nebraska dated May 31, 1910. and recorded
<br /> in Book 40 of Mortgages, at page 339 of the records of Hall County, State of Nebraska,
<br /> and secured upon the following described real estate, to—wit : Lot One (1 ) , Block Twenty
<br /> five (25 ) , Russell Wheeler' s Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> WITNESS our hands this 4th day of May, 1911.
