<br /> C. Langan, Clerk of. the District Court in and for Hall. County, Nebraska, do hereby certify
<br /> that the lien arising by virtue of a certain indenture of mortgage given by Walker Woods,
<br /> widower, to Robert C. Gilchrist covering the following described premises situate in Hall
<br /> County and State of Nebraska, to-wit : Lots Two (2 ) and Three (3 ) in Block twelve (12 ) in
<br /> Clarkson' s First Addition to Alda, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Which said indenture of Mortgage was duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br /> of said Hall County, in said State of Nebraska, in Book 38 of Mortgages, on Page 35, and
<br /> which indenture of mortgage was duly foreclosed in this said Court in a certain case, No
<br /> II3394, wherein Peter C. Kelley was plaintiff and Walker Woods and Lottie Woods were
<br /> defendants, has been fully paid, satisfied, and discharged of record.

<br /> That W.A. & G.L.Woodward, of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Five Thousand
<br /> DOLLARS, to us in hand paid by National Life Insurance Company of the second part, the
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign
<br /> and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage
<br /> bearing date the 25 day of January 1911, made by Freeman Cole and Allie J Cole husband
<br /> and wife in favor of W.A. & G.L.Woodward, and conveying The East half of North east Quarter
<br /> of Section Twentyeight and The North west quarter of the North west quarter of Section
<br /> Twentyseven and Lot One (1 ) in South east quarter of Section Twenty one all in Township
<br /> Ten (10 ) North Range Nine ( 9 ) west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Hall County, in the
<br /> . State of Nebraska and which said Mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds in the said. County of Hall on the 28 day of January in the year 1911, in Book 37
<br /> of Mortgages, at page 366 together with the notes or obligations therein described,
<br /> without recourse on us, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
<br /> part, or its assigns, subject only to the provisos in the said Indenture of Mortgage
<br /> contained.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seal this Eighteenth day of
<br /> February in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eleven (1911 )
