<br /> KNOW ALL ADEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Ira Gibson of the first part, in consideration of
<br /> the sum of Eight Hundred and Twenty DOLLARS, to him in hand paid by Thomas Connor of
<br /> the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by these
<br /> presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain
<br /> Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 2nd day of October in the year 1902, made by
<br /> Norton D Mann and Bessie M. Mann in favor of Ira Gibson and conveying North East
<br /> Quarter of Section Number Twelve in Township Number Twelve North of Range Number Twelve
<br /> West of the 6th P.M. in Hall county, in the state of Nebraska and which said Mortgage
<br /> was recorded in the records of said county, on the 26th day of December in the year 1902
<br /> in Book 31 of Mortgages, at page 176 together with the notes or obligations therein
<br /> described, without recourse on me in any event or for any cause:
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, his executors,
<br /> administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisosin the said Indenture of Mortgage
<br /> 11 contained.
