<br /> the payment of their note dated Sept. 29th, 1909, due thirty days, *1069.26 and in said
<br /> deed fully described and set forth; and whereas, the said Blanche M. Thompson and Earl
<br /> W. Thompson have fully paid and satisfied said note, and are justly and legally entitled
<br /> to a full release of the said real estate mortgage, Now, Therefore, Wheeler & Motter
<br /> Mercantile Company do hereby Remise, Release and Quit-Claim unto the said Blanche M.
<br /> Thompson & Earl W. Thompson and their heirs, the property in said real estate mortgage,
<br /> described as follows, to-wit : All of Lot six (6 ), in Hayman's Sub-division of the4Nort

<br /> Town now city of Loup City, Nebraska. Subject, however, to a mortgage of $3500.00 to the
<br /> Nebraska Central Building and Loan Association, upon which there has been paid $1300.00,
<br /> leaving a balance of $2200.00. Subject also to a mortgage of $1000.00 to W.F.Mason, on
<br /> which there has been paid $575, leaving a balance of $425; also subject to a mortgage of
<br /> $700 to the merchants National Bank of Omaha, Nebraska. All of said mortgages above
<br /> IIdescribed covering only Lots 10,11 and 12 in Block 18, Loup City, Sherman County, Nebraska,
<br /> To have and to hold the same, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging,PP ng ng, free, clear
