<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE Know all men by these presents, That We, Richard Guendel
<br /> and Charles Heusinger, executors of the estate of Julius Guendel, deceased, of the first
<br /> part , in consideration of the sum of Cne Thousand Dollars, to us in hand paid by Richard
<br /> Guendel, Guardian of Arthur Guendel and Emil Guendel, minors, of the second part, the
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have sold and by these presents do sell, assign,
<br /> and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage, beat
<br /> ing date the 13" day of April 1909 made by Charles R.Heusinger and others in favor of
<br /> Charles R.Heueinger and Richard Guendel, executors of the estate of Julius Guendel, dec-
<br /> eased, and conveying Lot 6 in Block 98, Railroad Addition to Grand Island, in Hall Cou-
<br /> nty, in the State of Nebraska, and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of said
<br /> county, on the 26" day of April 1909 in Book 30 of Mortgages, at Page 588 together with
<br /> the note therein described, without recourse on us in any event or for any cause.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, his successors and
<br /> assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Indenture of Mortgage contained.

<br /> the foregoing instrument as grantors, and acknowledged said instrument to be their volun-

<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, John Allan, of the County of Hall, and State
<br /> of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Three hundred 00/100 DOLLARS, to me
<br /> in hand paid, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto
<br /> Benjamin Wilson of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska a certain Mortgage bearing
<br /> date the 30th day of December, A.D. 1910, made by Charles J. Wopat and wife in favor of
<br /> me, John Allan, together with the notes and obligations secured thereby which said
<br /> Mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska,
<br /> in Book 41 of Mortgages, at Page 105, and conveys the following described premises,
<br /> situated in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: Lot Eight (8 ) in Block
<br /> Fifteen (15) of Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed,
<br /> platted and recorded. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Benjamin Wilson, his
<br /> executors, administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisions in said Mortgage
<br /> contained.
<br /> Dated this 14th day of January, A.D. 1911.
