419 <br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGEV KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Charles E. Corell <br /> of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Eleven Hundred and No/100 ($1100. 00) <br /> Dollars to him in hand Paid by Samuel Current of the second part , the receipt whereof is <br /> hereby acknowledged have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer nto <br /> the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 19th <br /> day of August in the year 1910, made by Fred Lorenz and Mary Lorenz, husband and wife , <br /> in favor of Charles E. Corell and conveying the North Half of the Northwest quarter of Sec <br /> tion Thirty Five (35) in Township Nine (9) north, of Range Twelve (12) west of the sixth <br /> Principal ' eridian, subject to a prior mortgage for $2000.00 in Hall County, in the State <br /> Nebraska,and which sail mortgage was recorded in the records of said County, on the 28 day <br /> of September in the year 1910 in Book 40 of Mortgages on Page 411 together with the notes <br /> or obligations therein described, without recourse or in any event or for any cause. <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said tarty of the second part , his executors, <br /> administrators or assigns , subject only to the provisions in the said indenture of mort- <br /> gage contained. <br /> IN '?ITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto eet my hand end seal this 30th day of September <br /> in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and ten (1910) <br /> In presence of Charles E.Corell <br /> G.E.
